By using SoftCenteric’s services or contacting our team, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you act on behalf of a company or client, you confirm authority to do so.
2. Project Requests & Confirmations
All project requests require valid contact details. A project is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email or message including scope, timeline, and project manager contact.
3. Pricing & Payment
Pricing depends on project scope and complexity. Payment terms are provided in the quotation. Online payments are processed via secure third-party providers — please follow their terms.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Clients can request minor changes during the project lifecycle. Major scope changes may affect timeline and cost. Cancellation policies are outlined in your contract.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide accurate project requirements, materials, and timely feedback. Any delays caused by missing info may affect timelines.
6. Liability
SoftCenteric strives to deliver high-quality services. Our liability is limited to direct losses caused by proven negligence. We are not liable for indirect or incidental losses.
7. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures. Reasonable efforts will be made to mitigate delays.
8. Data & Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle client data. By using our services, you consent to collection and processing of information as described there.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to courts in Lahore unless otherwise agreed.
